Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every digital product sold under the name Custom 3D Hub.
1. Who sells
The seller is Vitaliy Zagranichnyy, private individual, maker, Turkmenistan. Contact: [email protected], Telegram @custom3dhub.
2. What is sold
Digital files for 3D printing, in STL format, supplied as a ZIP archive. No physical goods are shipped. The buyer prints the item themselves or at a printing service.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown on each product page. Payment is handled by the platforms — Cults3D and Lava.top — acting as payment processors. Card details are never received, stored or processed by the seller.
4. Delivery
Access to the files opens immediately after the payment is confirmed, in the buyer's account on the platform where the purchase was made. Nothing is sent by post.
5. Licence
Files are licensed, not sold outright. The personal licence allows printing for oneself and using the prints in one's own teaching. The commercial licence additionally allows selling printed copies within one studio and requires crediting the designer. Reselling or redistributing the files themselves is not allowed under either licence.
6. Refunds
A digital file cannot be returned once downloaded. A refund is made if the files were not delivered, if the archive is corrupted, or if the content does not match the description — write to [email protected] and it will be sorted out. Dissatisfaction with one's own print settings or printer is not grounds for a refund.
7. Updates
Additions and corrections to a kit are free for everyone who has already bought it: download the files again from the platform.
8. Responsibility
The models are intended for training and demonstration. The seller is not liable for the result of printing on equipment and materials outside their control.
